Refund Policy

TechFlyer is dedicated to providing high-quality app development services that meet and exceed client expectations. Our refund policy ensures transparency and protects both parties in case of disputes or cancellations. Clients are advised to review this policy before initiating a project with us.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered if the project is canceled before the development phase begins. If design and requirement analysis have already commenced, only a partial refund is possible. TechFlyer retains the right to deduct administrative and consultation fees from the total amount paid.

Non-Refundable Milestones

Payments made for milestones that have been completed and approved by the client are non-refundable. If a milestone has been partially completed or not yet started, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the work progress and mutual agreement.

Dissatisfaction and Remediation

If the client is unsatisfied due to deliverables not meeting the agreed specifications, TechFlyer may offer corrective action or a partial refund. The client must provide written feedback within 10 business days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be considered.

Delays and Communication

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide timely feedback, missed deadlines for approvals, or unresponsiveness. Active collaboration and communication are essential for the successful and timely completion of any app development project.

How to Request a Refund

Clients must email a refund request to support@techflyer.com with detailed information including the project name, payment details, reason for the request, and any relevant attachments. Refund reviews are typically processed within 7 business days after submission.

Policy Amendments

TechFlyer reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website and will apply to all future projects and existing clients after notification. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
